SKYDAN Real Estate has been in business since 2004. Currently we have 8 full service agents. We have over 75 combined years of experience in the real estate business thru-out our agents.
 
 
MY BACKGROUND:
After getting married in 1987, I started my own window cleaning business. Because of my experience in dealing with people and learning the importance of providing quality service, I decided to seek a challenge in the real estate business. I became licensed to sell real estate in 1991. After learning the basics of real estate and climbing as a top producer with Century 21, I then spent 3 years with Realty Executives. In 1998 I made a move to REMAX Partners in Berwyn and enjoyed 12 very successful years there. January 1st of 2008 I made a strategic move and decided to move my license to an independent office. I chose SKYDAN Real Estate because of their commitment to customer service, their notoriety amongst the community and most important, the high level of technology "that we control." This technology has a huge benefit to buyers and sellers and  I'm excited to be a part of it.

A variety of specialized training has helped me to deliver the highest quality of service to my clients. My training includes the completion of couses, such as, Quality Service, Working with Transferees, Marketing, Equal Housing, Code of Ethics, Management, Short Sales, Foreclosures, Reqruiting and one course that I'm especially proud of, The Star Program. This course covers all of the United States and parts of Cananda. Only about  1/2% of all Realtors have successfully completed this course. I actually completed the course 2 times. All of these courses focus on providing  you the quality service that you deserve. I also sat as the Chairman for the Grievance Board for the West Town Board of Realtors for 10  years, along with sitting as the Lyons Liason for the West Town Board of Realtors for 5 years.
